As per understanading of ur problem ..U can attach ur XML to ur project and call one function get getapplicationpathh(),that will return ur app path then add ur XML path in project to that string returned by that function so now ur project wont b machine specific and be remember to do one thingh that is go to propeties of XML in ur project and Set the Copy to Output as Copy always.....................
if u need the code for Getapplicationpath function i will provide u ..
