i am creating a report ex employee and department now my grouping is on department now. grouping is done fine i am displaying a employee name and address based on department

but my data is too small and i need same data in two column means it should be repeat in two column of page like in news paper

consider above is one page with two column which includes 4 department data in it how can we do such thing with sql reporting
