hi juhee .
u can create any no of textboxes dynamically ...as per ur requiremnet u can create a replicate. Means u just cerate an textbox dynamically and set location of that textbox as pe ur purpose....thats the thing i did in editable grid as i was moving and the textbox as over grid but its look like that is editabl grid although its not .
plz let me know if u come to ny solution if not then i will give other solution .
