I first read it as Cheese. I too would like some Simple-Talk Cheese. We had plans to produce a Red-Gate beer for one of the SQL events, and the Nethergate brewery were keen and ready to do so, but it was scuppered by the event organisers. A Simple-Talk Cheese would go down very well with the beer.
