Kudos to the designers (and code posters) of this informative site.  Over the past 3 weeks or so on my new job, I've had to come up with various means of doing certain things...and simple-talk has delivered every time. 

My personal favorites are the Workbench series by Robyn Page and Phil Factor.  I can't begin to estimate how much time I've saved using your techniques.
