The world is once again as it should be

Weeeeell... okay, so a cursory glance at today's news headlines would suggest that to be a rather bold claim, however a few days ago I noticed that The Daily WTF was back to its old self. I'm not the most avid reader, although I do stop by fairly regularly, so I'm not sure when it happened. On the other hand, one of my colleagues who reads it pretty much every day wasn't sure either so I don't feel too bad about it. Now obviously a website called "The Daily WTF" is more than slightly rude, however when it was renamed "Worse Than Failure" I couldn't help feeling slightly sad that it appeared to have been infected by a little of the spirit of corporate blandness, which seems inescapable so much of the time... But no longer, hurrah!

About Bart Read

I've had a few jobs since graduating, but for the last four years I've been settled at Red Gate Software in Cambridge, UK. Over that time I've worked on a wide range of products, both as a developer and as a project manager, including 18 months on SQL Prompt; right now I'm finishing up with ANTS Profiler 4, which we think is going to be amazing - hopefully you will too.
